Department of Curriculum and Instruction under Educational Sciences Department in College of Education in Siirt University carries teaching of the courses that are related to educating teacher candidates in the undergraduate level and the courses that are related to speciality area in the pedagogical proficiency education. 

The purpose of the Masters program in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction is educating individuals who guide developing and evaluating curricula that ensures constructing nature of the nowledge in an significant matter, who can design effective teaching and learning processes, who have higher level thinking skills, who uses scientifich research methods and principles in every area of the lifetime and who learn lifelong.
